That’s very damaging. The last thing you want is to cause your son to be afraid of not speaking “perfectly”. That therapist doesn’t know what he/she is doing. Best to speak to a therapist who specializes in stuttering. Otherwise you’re getting the ones who took a day course. Treating stuttering is much more complex than that.
