What is your self-disclosure statement for job interviews?

What is your self-disclosure statement for job interviews? Hello, I have a job interview tomorrow and always self-disclose my stutter; however, I always wing this statement, and it changes each time. I want to have a standard one that I feel encompasses what I'm trying to communicate, and wanted to see if I could get some inspiration from my fellow folks who stutter. Typically mine goes something like: *"Before I begin I'd like to share that I have a speech impediment. It does not affect my daily work, but increases during points of high emotion, such as interviews. I'd like to thank the panel for understanding, and if you need me to repeat something, please let me know"* How or what do you say to an interview panel when self-disclosing your stutter?
