Does it get easier? 29 F here I’ve had a stutter my whole life, but recently maybe due to stress it has increased especially when I have to give presentations at school. I’m about to finish get my degree but for the past two presentations I could barely get through it. Then there are times when I barely stutter, it just seems so unpredictable. I’m 29 and still not “use” to it. I get basically just as embarrassed as I did when I was a kid. How do I overcome/ accept this? It’s creating so much negative self talk and it just turns into a spiral. Any advice? :/
