oh man where do i even start. I realized this in college sometime after turning 21. Dont drink as much since i graduated, but like a previous comment said, i feel like personally a lot of my stutter is tension and anxiety driven. when the anxiety is gone or reduced, i felt normal again. Long term wise, we gotta find and kill the stuff that makes us anxious. it's a bitch.
