My heart breaks for you, because I totally understand that feeling, as I’m in that right now. I am so sorry and I completely empathize with you. It’s fucking hard! And there’s nothing like being embarrassed, I know I have a hard time with answering questions. Yes I’ll say Wellbutrin and Prozac have def made it worse, Prozac specifically, but my depression is so fucking bad that it does help a little on top of talk therapy. I’m curious to take Abilify but there are many threads that say it’s helped so we will see! I promise I will keep everyone updated with that, on top of remedies outside of meds that I feel are working.
