The issue with not getting selected over a stutter is difficult because there’s truly no way to prove that. A hiring manager would never tell you that’s the reason they didn’t select you- they’d just give another reason and you wouldn’t have a case. If you don’t get selected, I wouldn’t ruminate on stuttering as a cause very much. There are a million reasons to choose one candidate over another, and in this job market it can come down to the smallest of differences.
