Any advice for a teenager with a stutter? I'm currently in highschool and have been stuttering since i was 8/9 years old. It's both hereditary but also worsens during stressful situations. How do I deal with it as best as i can? The giggles and rude remarks I've been learning to tune out but it's been affecting my social life. I know the basics, deep breaths, don't pay attention to them, talk slowly but i need actual advice form someone who experienced this. I do speech therapy once a week but the therapist said I'd need more time and idek if it's working. So how do i take back control of my life? (English isn't my first language srry)
