Stuttering in meetings

Stuttering in meetings Not sure if this is more of a rant or not but I'm sick of trying to talk in meetings (especially over video calls now). My stutter is a block so by the time I finally get a sound or motion out, someone else has started talking and I shut up again. Half the time I also rudely interrupt too. And then when I do talk I have so many substitutions and additions like 'erm' and 'kind of' that I sound like an idiot. When you have meetings all day too it really drains you out. Cba.
