What funny stutter story do you have?

What funny stutter story do you have? Today I was talking my friend through a situationship and got stuck on the word "company". The kind of stutter where I get half way through the word and then just can't speak. So the interaction went something like this: Friend: I'm not sure whether I should reach out or not. It's messing with my head, I don't know what to do. Me: Well do you still enjoy her com-? Friend:....*wtf did you just say stare* He was understanding after I could explain myself but it was super awkward at first. I'd love to hear some of your similar stories!
