Hey man. As the other guy said you can focus on the next word. For example "Do you like pancakes?" you can focus on the "you." Also, try saying "D'you like pancakes?" Like combining the words. Since you can speak the letter "D" might aswell just forget the "o" and go straight to the "you" unless the "you" is also hard to say, but try it. might work
