Looks like the one you got is a slightly lower dose and they recommend 3 pills a day. My son takes 2x the recommended dose of Nordic Naturals (4 pills) and that's been optimal for us. If we do less his stutter increases, but doing more doesn't provide additional benefit. He's a kid so not sure how that would translate to adults. Give it a shot and play around with the doses.
