Full stack dev here - you should be excited to be a skilled tech person in this day and age! Don't be nervous. The demand for us is insane. I've stuttered my whole life (i'm 27), with a traditional syllable repeating stutter turning into blocks when I was around 18 years old. However I've never felt held back or impaired by my stutter by working in tech. I'm similar to you I think, I worry a lot about the first sort of interactions with people (saying my name, introducing myself, etc) but after I get going and kind've relax with people, it really isn't too bad. I know I said to not be nervous, but I still worry every day about talking in my meetings, and giving my point of view on things, but literally every time after I talk I think to myself "why was I so afraid?". My advice is to try and embrace it. Most people in tech are very forgiving.
