I know some people who have and would fake a disability, including stutters. My brother even called one of the people he knew in highschool out on it since the person also told everyone that they were faking but continued to fake a stutter. A lot of people with fake mental illnesses and disabilities for attention and to be quirky and stand out so calling people out when you know for sure they’re faking is always a good thing
