Well done and thanks for your inspiring words! My first proper full time job was in a call centre too and the first two calls were a complete disaster. Luckily the first one was a simulated call with a colleague on the other end, while in the second call the customer didn't care at all about my stutter - and thank God he didn't, because I could barely finish sentences that time, lol However, it became progressively easier from the third call onwards, probably because I acquired more confidence with the tool and with the scripts we had. Nowadays I'm no longer afraid when I apply for jobs involving calls. I wish you nothing but the best for the future!
