This is a comment about his speech not politics. In terms of stuttering yes I can see how he is using techniques but he sounds great here. You can see the passion fueling the convo versus last night it was a mix of stress and other things that increased his stutter. I only saw clips of last night primarily to hear his stutter tbh. It was way worse last night. Very scary for us bc stuttering is already something that isn’t taken seriously. Hearing Biden stutter last night made me so uncomfortable. I already feel like incompetent when i stutter so I can’t imagine how it feels like to stutter in-front of the entire nation
