Phone job

Phone job I recently started a job with phones , I have customers call in & they literally won’t even talk to me because I stutter , I cry literally every day , I’m trying to hold on to this job because it’s a federal job , I work from home , great benefits and when the time comes retirement but I don’t know how I’m going to continue ..
