I agree. It’s extremely uncomfortable for me on the rare occasions I meet someone else who stutters. Or even in movies to some extent. But I think we may be more sensitive to it than the average person. I do relate to the OP though. Would I have married my wife if she had this problem instead of me? I really don’t know.
