Talking to someone over zoom when their video is turned off
Content
Talking to someone over zoom when their video is turned off I’m not sure about what everyone’s thoughts on this are, but I really hate speaking over zoom. I can feel myself having more blocks and just losing control of my speech. Things become harder when the person who I am talking to has their video switched off. I’ve been having weekly meetings with my boss, and for the past few weeks she’s had her camera turned off. I generally feel a little more anxious during these meetings since I feel some sort of a weird pressure (even though she’s super chill), and for some reason I feel like it gets harder to control my speech when not being able to see how the other person I reacting. Anyone else on the same boat?
