Hey I understand completely. I have done that before also. One tip I will give you.... when you hear the phone ring, take a deep breath. Clear your thoughts and take it slow. Remember they are phoning YOU, they want something from YOU, YOU are the one in CONTROL. Feeling in control is super important, because it removes that feeling of inferiority. And often that feeling of inferiority is what causes this fight or flight response; like throwing the phone away and giving up. Remember, take a deep breath and take it slow. Speak slowly, and make them wait for you. If you ever want to practice speaking on the phone, hop on our discord group and people will be willing to help you out. :)
