Feeling pretty defeated. Any advice welcome! So I have a job that requires me to present slides from a PowerPoint deck from time to time and I always put so much pressure on myself to do well. I just got done with a very rough presentation where I was blocking so much that the client was asking if my mic had dropped off. It's very humiliating and something I have been dealing with my whole life - but it never gets any easier. Does anyone else have a job that requires them to present/public speak? If so, do you have any tips or tricks or just general advice that I can begin implementing on my end?
