Thank you for the feedback! I'm very lucky not just to have started public speaking, but to have ended up in a club where they give feedback after every speech, highlighting both the strengths and the areas for growth. I was really afraid of the audience's reaction, thinking they found it hard to endure or that they pitied me, but instead, I received a lot of support and valuable recommendations. After that, each subsequent speech was somewhat better than the previous one. And although the difficulties with my speech didn't vanish immediately, I left the stage each time not with a feeling of shame, but with a sense of another small victory. This built up my confidence, pushing out the fear. If you have a chance to find a similar club that provides balanced feedback (emphasizing the positives and framing criticism as recommendations), you should definitely go for it. As for contact details, I'm not sure about the policy on sharing them on Reddit.
