I will promote the book as a collection of all tools available so that you are aware that they exist, and let you choose and experiment with ones that works. I also promote Lee Lovett himself as I have done several coaching sessions with him, free of charge. Not all techniques work, and some fail completely, but he persistent and dedicated to helping as his mission, and being able to practice on Skype/phone with someone who was there before and understands your situation is quite the value in itself.
