Are there any stutterers with kids?

Are there any stutterers with kids? I have a son on the way and was curious as to whether or not stuttering could be passed on. I've read somewhere that there are theories of stuttering being genetic, but noone else in my family stutters. Idk, kinda worried for him and i dont want him to go thru what i did/still do.
