Congrats on the new job! Get a really good night's sleep. Maybe put in a good workout the night before or the morning of. My stutter was always worse when I was tired. What are you anxious about? Write down your concerns. See which of them actually occur (if any.) Sometimes our fear is worse than the reality. Courage is not the lack of fear, but one's ability to face it. When those I-want-to-flee moments occur, stand your ground. Don't let your stutter control you in this new environment. Best of luck!
