I can relate to this a lot. sometimes I can make a really quick/good joke or compliment without really thinking about it and it gets a laugh/they remember it in the future. I can't really do much more than that and approach a woman unless I'm drinking and then most times I back off anyway. Try praciticng and finding that one second when you can say something nautrally and quickly when you realize you don't actually think about it (if it makes sense). like the two TV shows
