Has anyone ever overcame the block type of stutter?

Has anyone ever overcame the block type of stutter? I’m 15 and I’ve been stuttering my whole life I’ve been to plenty of speech therapist and none of their methods seem to work for me I don’t have any friends and when I’m spoken to like in public or in school or something I’m given weird looks and being called names and it makes me feel less then human if anyone has ever experienced something similar can u share your experience and how you overcame it
