But if we don't try therapy, what would we do? Isn't it the only option for us? Should we accept being slaves of our stuttering for all of our lives? Without even trying to overcome this? If you're talking about therapy with a speech pathologist in person I agree with you, I tried three different ones and I didn't see any results from it. But I think self-therapy and self-research can lead to improvements in stuttering. Or not, I'm just starting on self-therapy. Maybe it's just a blind hope, but I like to believe that.
