Makes mine worse. Everyone is different. I've been taking 500mg of lions mane and 300mg B1 + 200mg of magnesium per day. Also cut my caffeine from 400+mg a day to about 30mg. My stuttering has improved by a solid \~80%. Not sure which part of the cocktail is working, or maybe its collective, but this is my anecdotal experience. :) Edit: I actually think I'm taking 1000mg of lions mane
