I was pulled over once, I started talking and the cop thought I was drunk and interrogated me. Every interaction after that I immediately advertise and it's been fine. I also had a judge in traffic court ask me, "Did you forget why you're here?". In front of 100 people or so. That was fun... The silver lining was I told him I stuttered and I got a lot less fine than everyone else. Didn't make me feel any better though.
