what makes stuttering really really annoying to me is not knowing what's causing it ( ik it's a neurological disorder but that's not what i'm talking about ). We have good and bad days, i still can't tell why we have good and bad days, i try to monitor my actions and stuff to see if something is causing it maybe stress or anxiety but it feels like it's just, random ? which makes it, like i said, annoying.I don't know what to say around certain people i'm not familiar with, especially individuals from the opposite sex, so i have to focus on that and on stuttering + extra stuff. I assume u also suffer from this, there's one advice i can give but i can't guarantee u that it will work: Eat while talking. Really, get a chewing gun in ur mouth and just talk, i don't remember whom i heard it from but it's basically "if u're eating ur brain won't expect any danger"
