Should I do Communications in university?

Should I do Communications in university? I have to decide in 24 hours. I can do either Communications or History. I like both but I think Communications will be much more useful in general. For life and is better for employment. But the thing is I stutter and I don’t want to embarrass myself everyday or be a burden to others on my course. It will involve much more talking than history will.
