1. For me it’s talking in social groups and the phone. In my work I’ve always been on the receiving end of orders so no big whoop. But now I’m the one giving very precise orders and the tricks I use to get through it without creating a med error are not conducive to a professional environment where everyone and their mother is watching me... 2. I wish it would just stop. I wish I could just say whatever I wanted without panicking whether the person at the other end had got it right, or is about to kill my patient.
