Does anyone know of any Skype or Video Conferencing self-help groups on stuttering?

Does anyone know of any Skype or Video Conferencing self-help groups on stuttering? My stuttering started mostly in my adulthood. I would really like to improve my fluency but I can't find anyone to practice my speaking skills with; let alone any support groups. I live in Bangladesh and I searched for a self-help groups, and to my knowledge there are none.
