For me what worked most was improvising the presentation, I mean have a set of bulletpoints about the topic and order but just that. If I had a too rigid presentation I got nerveous and stutter on the first mistake I made and was difficult to return to the presentation. Also I always look to friendly faces or those that nod while you talk. Oral presentation was always a pain in highschool but at the end of university I wasnt afraid anymore.
