Does anyone have any experience with anti-anxiety medication? I am wondering whether I should go see a doctor to help treat my social anxiety which most of us have as a byproduct of our stutter. I've noticed in quarantine that I don't stutter when I talk to myself at home, but as soon as I start video chatting people, my palms get sweaty and I instantly start stuttering. Once the chat is over, I just feel my self relaxing and then I don't stutter anymore. I've also known in the past that when I drink I stutter less, I think because of how more relaxed I am. Anyways, if anyone has had any experience, I'd love to hear it.
