Im in psycho therapy now (for another trauma), but meditation has been really useful for me. I havent done it under professional guidance, but forms of CBT have been life changing for me as well. We need to release ourselves from the stutterers mindset and recognize fear Edit: Dm me if you would like a meditation i feel is helpful
