Before some important presentation, I first mention that I stutter, so I don't have to dread when I stutter and how embarrassed I will feel. Otherwise,...exposure therapy. I go socializing even if I don't want to. When I close my self and don't speak to anyone for days, the speech gets worse. Regular exercise: lifting or running or some sports. Meditation for anxiety reduction and wellbeing. Reading out load at least 30 minutes a day. For coarticulation and muscle memory.
