Nobody has told me that having a speech impediment is okay. How damaging is this on a subconscious level? The shame and embarrassed that comes with living with this is truly hell on earth dreading every social interaction is something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. I think that people whether they wish to admit or not know that it's an undesirable trait, and a defect that will profoundly hinder potential prosperous opportunities in life which they will miss out on.
