I do and I just keep talking, stutter and all. Stuttering is so draining, both mentally and physically. I just don't even think about it anymore. The more I thought about it, the more I stuttered. Now I focus on being present and mindful (the crazy part is when I do that, I'm not focused on myself, I'm focused on the other person and I now enjoy my conversations instead of dreading them)
