Resources to help my clutter-stutter I'm in a management position at work, and the cluttering is often embarrassing and makes it difficult for me to communicate or focus at work. I'm going to look into mental health resources because a friend had mentioned that they think that I have ADD. Looking further into this, I wanted to figure out why it sounds like I'm almost stuttering when I speak. I have always felt like there was something wrong with the way that I communicate with people. My words never come out the way that I want them to and I often switch up my sentences before finishing. I didn't know there was a word for what I was going through! I thought I was stuttering but it turns out I was cluttering. Does anyone else have the 'clutter-stutter'? How do you deal with it day to day? Where do I start so that I can help myself?
