Firstly, personally, I experience, that I discipline myself by doing self-sabotaging (going blank as you said) with the aim to stop choosing compulsion. Question: can you relate? If it's the same with you, then you can do either #1 or #2 from my previous response in my opinion. 2. You asked if you can choose to relax speech muscles and move the mouth more. This depends if your **approach to compulsive responses** is effective. If not, then I suggest changing the condition. 3. Question: what is your approach to your compulsive responses?
