Hey! It could be social anxiety. I have a stutter and social anxiety. My stutter can almost disappear for months at a time but I’m still nervous saying phrases to people and overthink what I’m about to say and what I said even though I talk fluently. Maybe it could be a good idea to go for speech therapy or see a psychologist about it? Even just a session or two to see if they can give you some answers. Then you could go from there.
