Are these "side effects" of stuttering or something else?

Are these "side effects" of stuttering or something else? Would love to hear your experiences! A couple of weeks or months ago I noticed a couple of strange things with my speech and wanted to ask if anyone else experiences these. 1. Loss for words: I forget every word that ever existed, not just the one I wanted to say next. It takes me one to two seconds to "get back to reality". It's not like I use the time to think of what to say, I just black out and this happens quite often. Is this some kind of "survival mode" or shock response? Is this normal? 2. Forgetting words: Often, I forget the words I was trying to say and then have to describe it with vocabulary of elementary school level, if even. This is only the case when talking, not writing. For example: I forget the word "butterfly" and say something like "cute fly thing" or look at a carrot, say "potato" and don't realize unless being told, etc. 3. Fake-stuttering: Sometimes, I (quickly) repeat a word or the first syllable of a word like I was stuttering even when I have zero issues with that word. This can occasionally happen with letters but mainly I repeat the first one or two syllables. Is this just some kind of "bad habit"? 4. Tripping over words: When I say a word, I might "trip" over it, my tongue says "fck it" and the remaining two syllables of the word sound like baby's first goo goo gaga and I have to focus again and repeat the word. 5. Chaotic mind and thoughts: I really have to put a lot of effort into properly structuring my sentences and words to produce a coherent sentence when speaking. This, however, is again not the case when writing. I think this might be the most normal one but how would I know? Do these count as stuttering? Do you experience some of these as well? Is this something else and not related to stuttering (like a different speech disorder or issues or whatever)? I would really love to hear your experiences! Thanks in advance!
