I know right , letting go doesn't come as easy to me also . I find it really hard to stutter openly . If I do stutter openly , the word doesnt just come out. I almost always have to circumlocate around the block word in order to say it . I have what you might call tonic blocks , where if I anticipate a block on a word , it's never gonna come out.
