Please just speak, if you stutter you stutter. But don’t let that stop you from saying what you need to say. Ik this is school and you have to involuntarily speak and yeah you stutter when you do that. But don’t let that stop you. In my experience, I didnt talk very often in high school or as much as wanted to because I was always so afraid of stuttering, when in retrospect it was gonna happen talking to whomever either way. It’s inevitable at times and all you can do really is accept it, and say whatever you’re thinking. Don’t let yourself get scared of your own voice, what you have to say. This is so important, I feel, for any stutterer. You stutter. And that’s that, it’s okay. I do it to. Sure it’s not always fun but you can’t say you aren’t a memorable person. Because we’re rare. And saying something when you need to say something as someone who has a speech impediment, feels just that much more powerful.
