Exactly. I used to not stutter when I was by myself. But now I do. It can also be because as an adult, I spend way less time talking to other people and my muscles don't get enough practice. But that is just one of the contributing factors and I can literally feel the bad habits of long time stuttering in me because I only started to stutter when I was around 13 years old and my stutter has evolved so much since then. I really need to improve the other factors as much as I can and it will be nice if the only factor contributing to my stutter is the unknown one.
