Thinking of creating a support group/info page for my local community So, I've stuttered since childhood, aprox. since 9-10 years old (I'm 25 now), felt mostly alone in this because I know very few people who also stutter. Recently my gf has been diagnosed with parkinsons, she also notices that there are no support groups or info about that here, so since we act like our own support with these things I told her that we should start a page or group so others won't feel alone in this struggle with stuttering or having parkinsons. Thing is, how the hell do I even start lmao, first of all I have never done anything like this and even though my close friends and close family obviously know I stutter without needing to tell them, other acquaintances and family don't know it per say, I hide it well, didn't stutter with them or they just assumed I'm nervous or something when I speaked in presentations in class, so yeah, it's kind of hard to "come out" with this haha, I know I need to do it, it's part of me. Any tips would be good and appreciated : ) Ps. English is my second languaje so pardon my bad grammar.
