I did a bunch of stuff but The best and easiest advice I can give you for you to be consistent with read out loud everyday for 1hour and put emphasis on every word. A little harder advice but still doable I can give you is stop giving so much attention to that first word. Just ignore it think anything else and start talking. With stutters they tend to plan/think words when we say them. That causes them to start getting really anxious due to us having bad experiences talking and that leads to a stutter
