Hi mate, don’t let it get you down! I have had a stutter since I can remember and I’m 22. I forced myself to work around people in hospitality such as bars and restaurants and that really helped with my confidence which made my stutter a lot better. It will be embarrassing for you but the other person won’t care or even notice it too much. I do have a stutter still to this day but I have found my stutter to be so much better after a good full night’s sleep and whilst or after work. If you ever have any questions or just someone to talk to after a shitty day, drop me a message and I’m sure I could think of some advice for you :)
