I appreciate everyone helping me to get through this. Any help on reducing the stuttering will be much appreciated. For context I stuttered only on the words starting with K in the past. But, it has been only 2-3 months that my situation has worsened. This is so new to me that it feels I have been cursed or something. I unwillingly mispronounce words, and due to the stutter block, I try to convey everything in single breath. This has worsened the situation and I can’t help myself.
